Holding a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Ty combines his extensive knowledge with hands-on expertise to provide innovative training, consulting, and recovery services. As a dynamic trainer and consultant, Ty's mission is to equip nonprofit leaders, recovery specialists, and communities with the tools they need to thrive and grow.

 Taylor is the backbone of Bechel & Associates, overseeing the day-to-day operations with exceptional organization and care. As the Lead Office Manager, she plays a pivotal role in business development, ensuring program efficacy, and maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Beyond her professional expertise, Taylor is also a devoted mother whose supportive nature extends into her work, creating a positive and seamless experience for staff, interns, participants, and clients.
