  Ty Bechel is the founder of Amare and Renegade Gardens, with over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. With a Master's in Nonprofit Management, he leads Bechel & Associates in delivering expert consulting, training, and recovery services to help communities and organizations thrive. 

 Taylor is the Lead Office Manager at Bechel & Associates, ensuring smooth daily operations, program success, and exceptional client care. Known for her organization and warmth, Taylor’s dedication supports staff, interns, and clients alike, making her a vital force behind the company’s mission. 

Mackenzie holds an associate’s degree in Human Services. With experience as a crisis responder and SASS worker, she brings compassion and advocacy to her work supporting individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. Mackenzie is a proud team member at Bechel & Associates.

 Ben is pursuing CPRS/CRSS certification at SIUE. He brings lived experience, empathy, and dedication to supporting others on their recovery journey, making him a valued part of the Bechel & Associates team. 

 Brandonn brings deep empathy and strength to her work. She has transformed her lived experience into a passion for peer support. Currently pursuing CPRS and CRSS certification at SIUE, she is a valued part of the Bechel & Associates recovery outreach team.
